Volunteering: A Work Of Heart Every year, Major Hospital volunteers provide more than 20,000 hours of service. Whether young in age or young at heart, Major Hospital volunteers share their hearts and talents in service to the hospital, its patients, visitors and guests. No matter where they are working -- with patients in one or more of the patient care service areas, providing great customer service to visitors and guests in our gift shop, or working in support of hospital staff in a variety of clerical services -- Major Hospital volunteers truly bring an added measure of quality to Major Hospital's commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
Our Mission:
Major Hospital Volunteers are dedicated to providing the highest quality of service and support while respecting the dignity, individuality, and cultural diversity of our patients, volunteers, and the community which we serve.
Our Vision:
We will dedicate our services to insure that Major Hospital will be the best health care resource in Central Indiana.
