When you need health care, you don't need the additional stress of financi

al worry. It is our goal to help you reduce that stress. Our financial services team will help you understand the billing and insurance process and assist you with other forms of payment including:

Assistance in applying for Medicaid benefits
Bank loan programs for large balance accounts
Copies of itemized bills
Explanation of patient balances
Filing insurance claims
Financial assistance programs
Monthly payment arrangements

If you wish to speak to a patient financial services staff member in person regarding your account, please visit us at our office. The Patient Financial Services Department is located in the Junction Plaza Shopping Center at 1626 East State Road. 44 Shelbyville, Indiana 46176. For directions, please call our office at (317) 421-2012. Cashiers are available to accept payments at both our Junction Plaza location and at the hospital in the registration department area.
