FREEDOM FROM SMOKING
Classes are open to MHP employees and the general public. Each class meets for 8 sessions over the course of 7 weeks. These classes will take place in the Conference Room at the UnaVie Cardiology Center (2451 Intelliplex Drive, Shelbyville, IN) on the first floor just inside the front door. We will alternate quarterly classes to accommodate both day and evening availability.

DIABETES EDUCATION
The Diabetes Services staff works with individuals to empower them to successfully take charge of their personal diabetes management.
Instructional topics include:
- Insulin administration
- Oral medication
- Assistance with blood glucose monitoring
- Nutritional counseling
- Gestational Diabetes
- Insulin pump training

BROWN BAG MEDICATION CLASS
This is an opportunity for senior citizens to discuss their medications with a registered pharmacist. Participants are encouraged to bring their current medications to the session for review and discussion.
